Business Head - Specialty Food

Populux HR is a leading executive search firm based in Kochi, Kerala. We are hiring for a leading FMCG (food) brand in India for their new business division for Specialty hot beverages products.

Role Description:

- The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the specialty foods division, developing business strategies, driving sales growth, managing budgets. Ensure product line growth and leading a team to achieve business objectives. Develop Roadmap for the Specialty product line & Formulate brand strategy.

- Oversee business of Ecommerce,D2C marketplaces. The role involves market analysis, relationship management with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsible for Strategic Leadership. Accountable for P & L.

Qualifications: MBA (Marketing)/ Equivalent Qualification from a well reputed Institute.

Experience & Skills Required:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of budget management and financial analysis

- Proficiency in market analysis and stakeholder relationship management

- Understanding of product quality and compliance with industry regulations

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
