Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Person should be from B2C chemical sales
- Achieve budget for the business (Sales | Contribution% | EBIDTA % | PBT | CU | RoCE % and FCF - before capex)
- Adhere to working capital norms
- Develop and maintain mutually rewarding relationships with key customers and trading channel partners and achieve and (or) maintain high customer satisfaction (based on feedback) leading to high customer satisfaction
- Identify, review and realise improvement initiatives across departments, sub-departments and sections to achieve excellence in operations (non-tech and tech)
- Assess and monitor competition, structural changes and other risks to business | Company and execute suitable actions to mitigate
- Achieve and (or) maintain high engagement of people
- Co-create and execute five year business plan
- Scan business environment and identify logical business opportunities and execute agreed proposals (via long-term agreements, JV or acquisition) prepare the organization to leverage the opportunities
- Steer processes and initiatives related to capability development, leadership pipeline and succession planning
