Business Head - SME Lending Domain - BFSI/NBFC

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and implement national-level strategies and action plans to achieve aggressive growth targets, aligned with company goals.

- Design and roll out new SME lending products, credit policies, and operational processes for seamless business execution.

- Drive budgeted P&L across product lines, ensuring profitability while maintaining credit quality and risk standards.

- Monitor project activities to meet delivery timelines and cost parameters, initiating adjustments as required.

- Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing national team of Zonal and Regional Business Heads.

- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders-including clients and channel partners-to enhance SME finance penetration.

- Education: Graduate required; MBA preferred.

Age: Ideally 40-50 years.

- Experience: 15+ years in SME/Retail Finance (NBFC/BFSI), with proven leadership in P&L management, strategy deployment, and product innovation.
