The candidate will be responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the Small Business Loans vertical. He or she will be required to network and build strong relationships with industry experts and senior leaders. In addition, the role requires a highly analytical mindset to identify strategic growth opportunities and risk-mitigation practices to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy: Develop and implement business strategy that aligns with the overall company objectives and targets.
2. Sales and Business Development: Lead the sales team to achieve targets by identifying market opportunities, building a strong distribution network, and fostering relationships with key partners and customers.
3. Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the portfolio's performance, including asset quality, Collections, delinquency, and profitability. Implement strategies to minimize non-performing assets.
4. Risk Management: Co-create risk policies and ensure compliance with guidelines while conducting risk assessments, credit appraisals, and underwriting decisions.
5. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to develop their skills and meet performance objectives.
6. Financial Performance: Manage the regional P&L, budgeting, and cost control to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as credit, operations, and marketing, to streamline processes and achieve common objectives.
