- 15 - 27 years of experience in electronics manufacturing / semiconductor.
- Deep knowledge of PCB/PCBA, HDI, IC substrates, OSAT/ATMP, compound semiconductors, or advanced packaging.
- Proven ability to set up and scale manufacturing units (greenfield or brownfield).
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L > Rs. 500 crore / USD $50 - 100M.
- Experience working with government incentive schemes (PLI, DLI, state subsidies).
- Demonstrated success in securing partnerships with global electronics/semiconductor players.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with multinational companies (e.g., AT&S, Unimicron, TSMC supply chain, ASE, Amkor, Foxconn, Tata Electronics, CG Power, Syrma).
- Exposure to defence electronics, automotive electronics, telecom modules, or power electronics.
- Global exposure in supply chain hubs - Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Europe.
