Business Head - Secured Lending

We're Hiring | Business Head Secured Lending (01 Build Journey)

Looking for an entrepreneurial leader who is excited by the challenge of building a business from 0 to 1 rather than managing an established portfolio.

What we're looking for :

- 812+ years of experience in Secured Lending

- Strong experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) / Micro LAP with small-ticket loans ranging from 550 Lakhs

- Deep understanding of lending to the informal and self-employed segment

- Proven experience in building and scaling secured lending businesses or verticals

- Strong exposure to field distribution along with Head Office (HO) experience

- Experience managing business across North and South India

- Hands-on expertise in product strategy, distribution, portfolio growth, policy collaboration, and P&L management

- Ability to build teams, design go-to-market strategies, and scale operations across multiple geographies

- CTC: 30 LPA and above (depending on experience)

- Candidates with experience in NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, or organizations focused on secured lending for the self-employed and underserved customer segment will be preferred.
