Job title: Business Head - Sales

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: 12 to 16 years post MBA (Tier 1 only)

- Summary: The position is responsible for leading the sales department and driving customer growth especially for luxury or HNI clients.

- Develop market penetration strategies, plan advertising campaigns, offerings to retain existing customers and expand the customer base.

- The Sales Head oversees all sales activities, operations, customer care, and support systems.


- They assess the department's effectiveness, identify errors, and make necessary changes to achieve profitability, sales targets, and overall business goals.

- Additionally, the Sales Head plays a strategic role in developing company strategies, leading sales channels, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

- They also analyze sales performance, competitors, and market trends to forecast sales and communicate findings to stakeholders.

- The Sales Head must possess effective teamwork, creativity, entrepreneurship, problem-solving skills, and the ability to advocate for customer needs.
