Role Overview:
The Business Head/ Sales Head at Dial4242 will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding revenue streams, building robust partnerships, and optimizing business operations. He/ She will work closely with the CEO and functional heads to align business initiatives with organizational goals and create a high-growth roadmap for the company.
Relevant Experience:
- 10-15+ years in sales and business development, in healthcare (OHC & Hospital Business)
- At least 5+ years of leadership experience (Managing Regional Heads, Senior Manager, or a large team of sales people).
- Experience in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Experience in owning revenue for a region, department, or product line.

- Sales Strategy & Planning: Ability to develop and execute a sales roadmap in line with company goals.
- Team Leadership: Experience in mentoring, guiding, and motivating a large team of sales managers/executives.
- Business Development: Strong track record in securing new clients, entering new markets, and growing revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to manage key accounts, resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships.
- Target Orientation: Consistent delivery against ambitious revenue and margin goals.
