As the Business Head for the FMCG Business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy, overseeing operations, and driving profitability. You will lead a dedicated team and be responsible for achieving financial targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring that the products meet and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy and Planning: - Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives. - Identify new market opportunities, product innovations, and strategic partnerships to drive growth. - Establish clear business goals and KPIs to measure performance and success. 2. P&L Management: - Take ownership of the profit and loss statement for the Fresh & FMCG food business segment. - Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability through effective financial management. - Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, implementing corrective actions as necessary. 3.
