Position: Business Unit Head / Head - Sales (Cardio Diabetic)

Specialization:

Cardio Diabetic (primary); experience in Gynae, Gastro, or Multispecialty is an added advantage.

Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced BU Head - Cardio Diabetic to lead and drive sales strategy, business growth, and team performance in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and profitability.

- Lead, motivate, and manage large sales teams; address performance gaps.

- Drive successful product launches and manage promotional campaigns & KOL engagements.

- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Eligibility & Experience:

- 13+ years of sales leadership experience in Cardio Diabetic (preferred).

- Strong track record of consistent high performance and successful launches.

- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Cross-functional commercial exposure preferred.

- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Valid driving license required.
