- 7. Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have a good working understanding of hotel sustainability processes, BRSR reporting, and circularity principles, enough to hold credible, informed conversations with Corporate Sustainability Heads without constant internal support.
- 8. Mandatory (Skill 4): Must have strong brand-storytelling and marketing ability - building messaging, pitch decks, case studies, thought leadership, and campaigns for sustainability/procurement decision-makers.
- 9. Mandatory (Skill 5): Must have demonstrable, warm, existing relationships at decision-making level within Indian hotel chains (Corporate Sustainability Heads, ESG Managers, Procurement Heads at chain HQ). Must be able to list at least 5 such contacts if the candidate moves ahead in the interview process.
- 10. Mandatory (Travel): Must be willing and able to travel intensively across India.
- 11. Mandatory (Remote discipline): Must be comfortable and productive in a fully remote, outcome-focused environment with minimal supervision.
