Hiring: Business Head Sales & Distribution

Location: Delhi

Coverage: Pan India

We are looking for an experienced Business Head Sales & Distribution to lead and drive the overall sales & distribution strategy for a leading distribution company.

Key Requirements:

1. Education: MBA Full Time

2. Experience: Strong experience in Sales & Distribution with a proven track record of managing large-scale business operations.

3. Industry Preference: Candidates from Telecom, Smartphone Distribution, Laptop Distribution or similar distribution-led industries preferred.

4. Geographic Scope: Strong experience in Pan India Sales & Distribution.

5. Operational Expertise: Should have experience in managing large teams, distributors, channel partners and regional sales operations.

6. Strategic Skills: Strong understanding of distribution networks, channel management, revenue growth and business expansion.

7. Leadership: Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.

Ideal Candidate:

- Professionals currently working as Business Head / National Sales Head / Head Sales & Distribution / Sales Director / Zonal or Regional Sales Head with strong Pan-India distribution experience.
