Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to own end-to-end performance of multiple business lines, with full P&L responsibility. The role involves driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability across domestic and international markets.

This is a strategic leadership mandate requiring both vision-setting and hands-on execution to scale existing businesses and incubate new growth verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and scale multiple business lines and emerging verticals

- Develop and execute global Go-To-Market strategies

- Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability

- Own full P&L including budgeting, forecasting, and financial optimization

- Build and scale cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships)

- Lead customer acquisition, retention, and expansion initiatives

- Identify new markets and drive international expansion

- Establish and grow strategic partnerships

- Align closely with Product & Engineering to shape product strategy

- Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics

- Act as a business owner capable of scaling and incubating businesses

- 15+ years of experience, strong SaaS background mandatory

- Proven success in scaling businesses (10x growth journeys)

- Experience managing multi-line P&Ls

- Experience leading teams of 50+ members

- Strong strategic and operational capabilities

- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience scaling SMB / Mid-Market customers globally (preferred)

- Strong values alignment and customer-centric orientation.
