Business Head - Revenue & B2B Growth - Architecture & Interior Design

The Role:

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founder, you will own the company's overall revenue, sales strategy, and team expansion. You will personally anchor large-ticket enterprise and hospitality relationships while building a structured, high-performing sales organization.

B2B Leaders from Luxury & Premium Building Material/Interiors/Dcor (e.g. High-End Wallpapers/Fabrics).

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Revenue: Shape and execute B2B sales strategies across enterprise, corporate office, hospitality, and luxury lifestyle channels.

- Key Account Acquisition: Open and personally close high-value, relationship-driven accounts with architects, interior designers, corporate real estate heads, and hospitality groups.

- Team Leadership & Scale: Hire, onboard, and lead a high-performing sales team. Set KPIs, targets, and run disciplined pipeline reviews.

- Process & Execution: Build repeatable sales workflows from lead gen to proposals and account expansion, collaborating with product, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.

- Commercial Storytelling: Translate the artisan-first narrative into compelling, commercial pitches for high-ticket clients.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Proven B2B Sales Leadership: Demonstrated track record of closing high-ticket deals and managing large sales teams (hiring, KPI setting, performance tracking).

- Industry Network: Strong, active buyer network across enterprise clients, corporate real estate, architects, interior designers, or luxury hospitality groups.

- Background: Experience in luxury B2B, premium architectural/lifestyle products, or senior general management roles.
