Business Head: Retail (12-15 Years) Location : Delhi NCR The role will report into CEO of organization with a dotted line reporting to Board/Chairman to drive business, plan and deliver business growth and lead the retail business vertical Role & Responsibilities : - Drive strategy and P&L for business unit retail (own clinics; Franchise & telemedicine) - Drive sales and revenue as planned by setting clear objectives, drive sales progress, productivity and results - Provide leadership to a large 800+ team to drive high performance across retail channels - Collaborate with Marketing to improve marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives and help execute the BTL campaigns - Identify growth opportunities and execute plans/ projects to deliver them - Develop and sustaining a strong customer/patient centric culture - Drive higher standards of customer experience across lifecycle by leveraging data & best practices; proactively identify the gaps to improve lead conversion, relief outcome and customer satisfaction - Scale up franchise/EBO business to deliver growth while continuing to improve on existing stores - Lead continuous process improvement and implement best retail practices - Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams for achieving business objectives. Skills and Experience : - MBA/Post grad in suitable discipline with 12-15 years of progressive experience in healthcare/ service led retail - Significant experience in service-led retail environment, including retail sales and operations. - Experience in managing Own and Franchise retail operations - A result-oriented leader with profit centre experience, at regional or pan India level - Experience in leading tele customer service/BPO is desirable - Gasp of emerging trends in retail/telemedicine/digital health and its impact - Leadership experience with excellent people skills in building, developing and motivating large distributed teams - Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action, balancing between strategy & execution - Strong influencing skills to manage cross-functional teams, peers and stakeholders - Ability to handle ambiguity; plan, resource and drive results from team - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead large teams
