Business Head of Retail develops and executes strategies for all retail operations, driving sales, profitability, and customer experience by managing teams, optimizing store performance, controlling budgets, overseeing marketing/merchandising, and ensuring operational efficiency and brand consistency across all locations, aligning with overall business goals. This senior role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and deep knowledge of retail trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement retail strategies, analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive business expansion.

- Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensure efficiency, manage budgets, control costs, and implement process improvements.

- Sales & Profitability: Set sales targets, analyze performance, implement sales strategies, and maximize revenue.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop retail management and staff to foster a high-performance culture.

- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service standards and enhance the overall shopping experience.

- Merchandising & Marketing: Oversee visual merchandising, coordinate with marketing for campaigns, and ensure brand consistency.

- Inventory & Compliance: Manage inventory levels, loss prevention, and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with finance, marketing, HR, and external partners for seamless operations.
