Business Head - Retail

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Head - Retail with one of our clients, a Bangalore-based conglomerate with a group turnover of over 1800 Cr. having business interests in Retail, IT, and Manufacturing.

Position: Business Head - Retail (Apparel - Current Business of 350 Cr.)

Reporting to: Chief Business Officer - Retail

Experience: 12+ years of total work experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role or team management.

Qualification: MBA

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver business outcomes: turnover and profitability.

- Ensure we deliver world-class customer experiences.

- Drive expansion of business through new locations and eCom. eCom operations per se will be managed by the Marketing team. This person will need to own the business bits.

- Think through the business from a 3-5 year perspective and draw up strategies accordingly; make our stores the place to go for customers, despite them having many options.

- Inventory management, people management, and ops excellence would be some key elements.
