- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive retail business growth and profitability

- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives

- Lead Brand experience, marketing and digital campaigns

- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies

- Provide leadership and guidance to the retail department to achieve key performance metrics

- Report on business performance and recommend improvements to senior management

Profile

A successful Business Head should have:
