Role Purpose:
- To run the Panvel integrated township as an independent business unit (BU) with full P&L ownership.
- Accountable for revenue, profitability, delivery and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy, Planning & P&L Ownership
- Own the P&L of the township.
- Execute 5-10 year business plan.
- Optimize land use and phase mix.
2. Product & Master Planning
- Drive master plan and design coordination.
- Ensure regulatory compliance including DCR & RERA.
3. Sales, Marketing & Customer Lifecycle
- Drive sales performance & channel network.
- Oversee digital and brand strategy.
4. Project Execution & Delivery
- Monitor budgets, timelines and quality.
5. Approvals & Liaison
- Ensure compliance, approvals and regulatory control.
6. Township Operations
- Oversee post possession infrastructure and services.
7. Leadership & Culture
- Build and lead a high- performance cross- functional team.
Candidate Profile:
- 18-25 years of real estate leadership
- Proven township / large-scale portfolio delivery experience
- Strong P&L, stakeholder management & execution orientation

- Profitability
- On- time delivery
- NPS customer rating
- Governance compliance
