We are urgently hiring for the position of Business Head (Process Equipements division) for one of the 50+ Years old Engineering Company in Noida.

Position Details:

Company: 50+ years old Heavy Engineering Company

Position: Business Head (Process Equipements division)

Location: Noida (5 Days working in a week)

Experience: Engineer with 20+ years of experience in Sales, Project management and Customer management from Process Equipment industry (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns etc)

Salary: As per the market Standard

Description:

The Business Head PED will have full P&L responsibility for the business in India. The successful candidate is expected to bring a sharp focus to organizational development and growth, with emphasis on implementing the agreed strategy for the country.

The role holder will be required:

- To set the strategic direction for the Business and achieve 120 -150 crores in next 2 years and create an environment where people are motivated to strive to achieve.

- To achieving business deliverables and performance targets related to Customer satisfaction (both internal and external customers), quality, new business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

- Ensure the development and implementation of annual and medium-term plans and budgets which will meet the company financial objectives

- Ensure that the business maintains the necessary production capability/assets to meet identified customer requirements within defined cost and quality standards

- Ensure that the business has the appropriate processes and systems to monitor and control its operations effectively and achieve its financial targets

- Develop the Sales Management & Key Account Management Capabilities in the business to address the opportunities offered by Domestics sales and Exports

- Improve capability to differentiate business performance in servicing customer requirements with respect to speed of new product development, speed of delivery, operational excellence & enhance customer responsiveness throughout the organization

- Continuously enhance business competitiveness and through cost re-engineering, efficiency enhancements & improvements in procurement, equipment utilization & working capital management

- Develop a road map for enhancing the manufacturing/supply chain footprint & identifying additional manufacturing/outsourcing options

- Be actively involved in Business development for domestic and international clients

- Provide effective leadership to the organization: attract & grow talent
