Job Responsibility:

Product Line Expansion:

- Drive the launch and integration of new product lines into our portfolio with a focus on market needs.

- Develop go-to-market strategies to enhance visibility and market penetration.

Product Expertise and Knowledge Sharing:

- Gain expertise on new and existing products, including applications, raw materials, and competitive benefits.

- Conduct training sessions to equip sales teams and clients with product knowledge.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

- Address technical inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure consistent follow-ups for client satisfaction.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

- Perform market analysis to identify trends, growth areas, and competitive positioning.

- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor the sales team, promoting skill growth and teamwork.

- Drive team performance to achieve strategic goals and maintain high standards of productivity.

Sales Strategy and Business Development:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotional activities to boost brand presence.

Mandatory:

- 6+ years' experience-ideally with product management or technical sales experience in specialty chemicals sector.

- Strong technical knowledge of formulation and application aspects related to paints & coatings additives

Gender: Male

Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in Paints & Coatings / Specialty Chemicals with a proven track record in product management, technical sales, or business leadership

Job Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days

Timings: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Qualification: BSC/Btech or Graduate

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
