Description:

We are hiring for a global Technical Textiles and Industrial Packaging company looking for an experienced and growth-driven Business Head to lead the FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) / Jumbo Bags business.

This is a strategic leadership role with complete ownership of business growth, profitability, operations, exports, and market expansion across global markets including the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in FIBC, industrial packaging, technical textiles, manufacturing operations, exports, and international business development, along with strong commercial and operational leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall FIBC / Jumbo Bags business with complete P&L ownership.

- Drive global sales and business expansion across key international markets including the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

- Develop and execute strategic business growth plans to improve revenue, profitability, and market share.

- Manage key customer relationships, international buyers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Lead product portfolio management across industrial packaging and food-grade packaging categories.

- Drive export business development, commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives.

- Oversee manufacturing operations, production planning, and capacity utilization to ensure operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with global quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements related to industrial and food-grade packaging.

- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, quality, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competition, customer requirements, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

- Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and cost management initiatives.

- Build and lead high-performing sales, operations, and business teams across functions.

- Manage forecasting, budgeting, business planning, and performance tracking for the business unit.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in FIBC, Industrial Packaging, Technical Textiles, or related industries.

- Strong exposure to exports, international business management, and manufacturing operations.

- Proven track record of scaling business growth, profitability, and global market expansion.

- Strong understanding of industrial packaging and food-grade packaging segments.

- Experience handling global markets including the US, Europe, and the Middle East preferred.

- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in P&L management and strategic business leadership.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

- Ability to drive business transformation and operational excellence in high-growth environments.
