Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Ownership: Ensure overall profitability while investing strategically in growth, marketing, and distribution.
- Business Strategy: Define vision, product positioning, category expansion, and long-term growth roadmap.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10-20 years in FMCG, Pharma, or OTC categories with a proven track record in scaling consumer brands.
- Distribution Expertise: Strong experience in general trade and pan-India distribution management.
- Leadership: Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from scratch and lead cross-functional teams.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of OTC consumer health trends, compliance, and competitive landscape.
- Agility & Execution: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
