Position -Business Head - Organic Agri Business

Qualification - Any Post Graduate,

Experience : 15+ Years

Locations : Mumbai & Ahmadabad

- Strong track record in P&L management, global exports, and supply chain leadership.

- In-depth knowledge of organic certifications, compliance, and international market trends.

- Define and execute long-term vision, strategy, and business plans for the Organic Foods Division.

- Identify and drive new international markets, categories, and business opportunities.

- Lead export operations ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, certifications, and quality standards (USDA Organic, EU Organic, NPOP, etc.).

- Ensure an efficient farm-to-export supply chain with traceability and sustainability.

- Partner with procurement and farming networks to maintain consistency and organic compliance.

- Optimize production, logistics, and processing to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

- Own complete financial responsibility for the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
