Role Overview:

The Business Head - Optical will spearhead the strategic direction and operational execution for optical business unit. This leadership role involves driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all retail channels. The Business Head will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams, as well as key stakeholders, to achieve business objectives and maintain competitive edge in the market. This role directly impacts the company's bottom line and brand reputation, ensuring sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the optical business.

- Oversee all retail operations, ensuring efficient store management, inventory control, and adherence to company standards.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize sales performance and provide exceptional customer service.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Manage the P&L for the optical business, monitoring financial performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.

- Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience, including implementing new technologies and service offerings.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.


Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful retail business strategies.

- Proven expertise in managing retail operations and driving sales growth.

- Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Deep understanding of the optical industry and market trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 12-20 years of relevant experience in the optical retail sector.

- Adaptable to work in Delhi NCR.
