Role Overview:

- As the Business Head - Operations, you will spearhead all operational activities, driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability for the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, to align operational strategies with overall business objectives. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the company's bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals, focusing on P&L responsibility and sustainable growth.

- Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure optimal performance.

- Drive process excellence initiatives across all operational areas, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.

- Manage and optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and technology, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

- Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all departments.

- Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large operations teams, driving performance and achieving business objectives.

- Proven track record of P&L management, with a strong understanding of financial principles and operational metrics.

- Expertise in process excellence methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Should be in Wiring Harness vertical Previous companies

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
