Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Professional to lead marketing initiatives for our automotive lighting products in the Off Road Segments -Construction & Agriculture Equipment. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strong understanding of OEM dynamics, and a track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies.
1. Market Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase market share in all the core segments of the company.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities.
2. Product Marketing:
- Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to define product positioning, features, and value propositions.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of products from concept to launch and beyond.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations.
3. Sales Enablement:
- Support the sales team with marketing tools, product training, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, product guides, case studies, and digital content.
4. Branding & Communication:
- Enhance brand presence through targeted campaigns, trade shows, digital marketing, and PR activities.
5. Channel & Partner Management:
- Build relationships with OEMs.
- Design programs for channel engagement, co-marketing, and incentives.
- Create Sales pipelines & forecasts for new potential customers.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor Business performance, lead generation, and ROI.
- Regularly report on KPIs and marketing effectiveness to senior leadership.
- Create comprehensive business plans for execution of Management Objectives.
7. Market Intelligence:
- Conduct market analysis to track trends in the Automotive Segment.
- Generate insights from customer data, competitive benchmarking, and industry reports.
8. Event Management:
- Organize and represent the company at trade shows, industry expos, and technical conferences.
- Coordinate product demos, Displays & Tech Shows tailored to target audiences.
9. Budgeting & ROI Tracking:
- Manage Business Development budgets effectively and analyze performance to ensure optimal ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15~25 years of marketing experience in the automotive or auto components industry, preferably in lighting or electronics.
- Deep knowledge of the OEM Market.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and field research.
Desirable:
- Experience working with automotive lighting technologies (e.g., LED, halogen, sensor integration).
- Familiarity with Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive suppliers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis.
