Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Business Head Non-Ferrous to lead and expand our non-ferrous metals division in the Delhi/NCR region. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in leadership, sales strategy, supply chain, and P&L ownership. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and profitability in the non-ferrous vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Non-Ferrous divisions overall strategy, sales, and operations across the region.

- Drive business growth through client acquisition, market development, and channel management.

- Oversee sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

- Manage end-to-end P&L responsibility and deliver on revenue and profitability targets.

- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team; mentor and develop team members.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and industry stakeholders.

- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to adjust business strategy.

- Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic planning and long-term goals.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to the metals industry.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Metals/Non-Ferrous sector, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- In-depth knowledge of non-ferrous metals such as Copper, Brass, Zinc, Aluminum, etc.

- Strong experience in B2B sales, trading, or manufacturing operations.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

- Proven track record of driving business results and managing diverse teams.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
