Business Head - NBFC
1. Growing lending both of secured/unsecured products (LAP, MSME, SME Loans, Agri commodity /Agri Term Loans, Cars(New and Used) , CV, CE, Tractors, Bill Discounting, Auto-Lease, Unsecured PL & BL, LAS and Micro Finance Loans)
2. Keeping a tab on latest developments in the industry and identify growth opportunities for the company
3. Identify new sales and marketing opportunities for new products, bank partners and channel partners
4. Forging alliances and working out agreements with banks and channels to expand our product and service offerings
5. Work along with sales teams to ensure that we deliver of the performance targets committed to our partners.
6. Align our sales delivery model to meet customer, bank and channel expectations
