JOB SUMMARY:
Build customer understanding through market research, introducing / strengthening customer segmentation and monitoring market development for MSME loan products.
Strengthen MSME sales mechanisms and sales force management. Closely monitor and analyse the MSME loan portfolios of partner banks. Strengthen MSME collections segmentation, processes and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business development of MSME Finance. Ensure Team Productivity, product Mix as per branch category.
- Defining organizational strategy for MSME business and execution of same. Review and reengineering of all the existing processes.
- Team building and manpower management.
- Working with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery.
- Ensuring excellent portfolio quality. NPA to be within 2% for new product sourcing.
- Business compliance and reporting. Conducts Periodic Reviews with the reporting team and on a regular basis.
- Managing external & internal audits. Ensure audit grading of the branches.
- Support and where necessary lead pilot testing and revising MSME products
- Working with a credit risk management expert, support the development of risk management methodologies, both for initial creditworthiness review and for monitoring of loans.
- Facilitating periodic training to MSME team on Product & Policy Changes.
RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience

- Must be excellent leaders and extremely innovative.
- Confidence and Presentation skills
- Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and markets
- Ability to analyse and research information
- Good sales and negotiation skills
