Drive Affordable business for the company across Delhi , NCR, Rajasthan and UP . Define distribution strategy and build teams volumes. Ensure portfolio quality. Strong leadership skills along with stakeholder management. Own P&L for the business. Build business from scratch. Role is not just sales but building quality book and driving profitability. Do Tie Ups with BC partners for origination also. DSA management and empanelment. Having good understand of Mortgage product 20L - 1 cr ticket size. Must have handled teams. Setting up branch network and identifying markets for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious disbursement and portfolio growth targets.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of regional sales managers and relationship managers.
Market Expansion: Develop new partnerships (channels, DSA, connectors) and expand presence in key North Indian markets.
Credit & Risk: Work closely with credit risk teams to maintain portfolio quality, ensuring healthy underwriting standards.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with HNI clients and channel partners.
Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, lending policies, and internal audit requirements
