Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver target NPV annually at market and project level (in both absolute and % terms).
- Create an effective product portfolio by understanding present and future business opportunities.
- Build and manage world- class real estate brands using advertising and other marketing tools.
- Use multiple communication channels (Advertising, PR, BTL, etc.) to enhance awareness of target brand attributes cost- effectively and deliver required footfalls in quality and quantity.
- Provide timely and accurate market intelligence inputs to ensure a robust pricing strategy and mechanism for each product on an ongoing basis.
KRA / Success Measures:
- Achieve targeted Gross Contribution (value and % as per business plan).
- Assess marketing inputs qualitatively and monitor sales speed (units sold per month vs. target for each project).
- Maximize brand valuation and ability to command a price premium.
- Improve public perception of target brand attributes (as per third- party surveys).
- Increase actual brand spend efficiency versus target budget.
- Reduce response time for competitor pricing and transaction information.
