Job Description:

- We are hiring for a fast-growing global textile sourcing platform expanding aggressively across Turkey and European markets.

- We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Head to lead the Manmade Fabrics business with complete ownership across sales, sourcing, market expansion, and global account management.

- This is a strategic international business leadership role requiring strong expertise in manmade fabrics, technical textiles, export business, international sourcing ecosystems, and compliance-led global textile operations.

- The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure to European textile markets, global buyer management, and program-based fabric business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the overall business strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across Turkey and European markets.

- Manage complete P&L ownership including sales growth, profitability, forecasting, and business planning initiatives.

- Build and strengthen relationships with international buyers, sourcing offices, mills, distributors, and strategic partners.

- Drive program-based business development initiatives across manmade fabrics and technical textile categories.

- Lead product strategy and category expansion across polyester, viscose, blended fabrics, and engineered textile solutions.

- Collaborate closely with sourcing, supply chain, product development, manufacturing, and operations teams for seamless execution.

- Identify emerging market opportunities, customer trends, and business expansion possibilities across Europe and Turkey.

- Drive commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, customer acquisition, and long-term account management.

- Ensure adherence to global compliance standards, quality requirements, sustainability frameworks, and customer expectations.

- Manage international business operations while strengthening customer engagement and market penetration.

- Lead strategic planning initiatives to improve business scalability, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning.

- Build and mentor strong business and sourcing teams to support long-term global growth objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in Fabric Exports, International Textile Business, Technical Textiles, or Manmade Fabrics.

- Strong exposure to Turkey and European textile markets.

- Expertise in Manmade Fabrics including polyester, viscose, and blended fabrics.

- Experience handling compliance-led global textile business environments.

- Strong understanding of textile sourcing ecosystems, mills, export operations, and global supply chains.

- Proven track record of driving international business growth and market expansion.

- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in P&L management and strategic business leadership.

- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to independently drive large-scale global business operations and strategic growth initiatives
