Business Head - Lifestyle Products
Location: Gurgaon
Reporting To: CEO
Experience: 15+ Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Business Head to lead and scale our Lifestyle Products division. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end business performance including strategy, P&L ownership, brand growth, distribution expansion, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute the overall business strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Drive topline and bottom-line growth for the lifestyle products portfolio
- Identify new market opportunities, categories, and revenue streams
2. P&L Ownership
- Own and manage the complete P&L for the business unit
- Ensure profitability through effective cost management and pricing strategies
- Drive operational efficiencies across functions
3. Brand & Marketing
- Lead brand positioning, communication strategy, and consumer engagement initiatives
- Drive digital transformation across marketing and customer experience
- Build strong brand equity in competitive lifestyle segments
4. Sales & Distribution
- Strengthen GT, MT, E-commerce, and D2C channels
- Expand distribution footprint and improve market penetration
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances
5. Product & Innovation
- Oversee product portfolio planning and innovation pipeline
- Work closely with design, sourcing, and merchandising teams
- Ensure alignment with consumer trends and market demand
6. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of ~200 members across functions
- Build a high-performance, collaborative culture
- Drive talent development and succession planning
Key Requirements :
- 15+ years of experience in lifestyle/consumer products/retail
- Proven track record of leading large-scale businesses with P&L responsibility
- Strong experience in brand building, category management, and distribution
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams (150+ people)
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Experience in omnichannel business (offline + online) preferred
Preferred Background :
- Experience in categories such as apparel, footwear, accessories, home dcor, or similar lifestyle segments
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred
