About the Role:
- We are looking for a business leader to spearhead the growth of our kids category within the consumer-tech space.
- This role combines category ownership, product strategy, and market development, with the goal of creating differentiated products and experiences for a new generation of users. You will drive end-to-end planning-from product roadmap to go-to-market-while ensuring strong business outcomes and customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the business strategy for the kids category, including product vision, market entry, and growth roadmap.
- Partner with design, R&D, and product teams to conceptualize and develop kid-focused consumer-tech products.
- Build and manage distribution channels across e-commerce, retail, and strategic partnerships to maximize reach and scale.
- Track consumer insights, category trends, and competitive moves to inform product development and marketing.
- Own category P&L, drive revenue growth, and optimize profitability.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team to deliver on business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-12 years of experience in category management, product strategy, or business development in consumer-tech, electronics, wearables, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of hardware or connected devices, with a track record of launching and scaling tech-driven products.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical ability, and leadership skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on execution in a dynamic market.
