Business Head (IT Domestic Staffing Business)

Responsible for driving growth, managing P&L (Profit & Loss), and overseeing client delivery and sales for a designated division, often with a focus on Domestic Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

P&L and Operations:

- Take complete ownership of the Business Unit's profitability, ensuring revenue, and operational goals are met.

- Lead the overall P&L of the staffing business unit, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and driving profitability.

Business Development:

- Drive new client acquisition and expand existing accounts for contract and permanent IT staffing across India.

Client Management & Growth:

- Manage and enhance existing client relationships and strategically develop new clients to increase market share and headcount.

Staffing & Delivery:

- Oversee the end-to-end staffing/recruitment process-from sourcing to onboarding-ensuring timely fulfilment of requirements.

- Ensuring high-quality service delivery, SLA adherence, and timely candidate fulfillment.

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop strategies to maximize productivity, improve operations, and leverage technology.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sales professionals.

- Build, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment managers, team leads, and recruiters to meet targets.

SLA Compliance:

- Monitor client performance goals and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Market Intelligence:

- Monitor market trends, IT skills demand, and competitor activity to align staffing strategies.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Candidate with Minimum 15+ years of experience in managing Sales/ Delivery/ Recruitment Operations within a staffing firm. Strong background in IT staffing/domestic staffing industry, including RPO and employment laws.

2. Proven experience leading large teams and managing client relationships.

3. Proven experience in account growth and client management

4. Ability to handle P&L, develop new business, and work with Fortune 500 clients.

5. Strong understanding of business numbers, margins, and growth levers

6. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

7. Hands-on and ownership-driven leadership mindset

8. Proven track record of scaling business units and teams
