Job Title: Business Head - New Delhi
Job Overview:-
As Business Head, you will focus on P&L management, driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve leading campaigns and offers to increase customer footfall. Additionally,- you will manage and guide the Store Sales Head and Head of Design, ensuring sales targets are met and- design projects are executed to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage all city-wide operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop the team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of design and execution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Align city operations with overall company objectives, working closely with senior leadership.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Customer Focus: Enhance customer footfall and satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and effective handling of client needs.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree- in the related field.
- Minimum 6 -10 years of proven experience in sales, and expertise in managing stores and centers in different states.
- Preferred experience in working with any Interior Design Firms, Edtech, and Retail ecosystem.
- Excellent leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and team management skills with a proactive mindset.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
