Experience : 18+ years of experience in variety of role

Mandate : Experience of managing scale and size & PnL management will be an important factor

Education : B.E/B.Tech and MBA

- The incumbent would be expected to act as independent SBU/ Profit Centre Head. This would require total Top-line and Bottom-line management.

- Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organisation.

- Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

- Provide leadership

- Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company.

- This role involves supervision of all functions including - technical, , finance, commercial, marketing, HR and administration.

- Provide visionary leadership and guidance to regional managers and operational teams, fostering operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability.

- Assume responsibility for end-to-end operations

- Devise and implement comprehensive operational strategies and initiatives to optimize performance, enhance productivity, and facilitate sustainable growth.
