Role & responsibilities:

Business Head Holography and Security Printing:

- You will lead the strategic growth, profit and loss (P&L), and operational execution of hot stamping foil manufacturing or business unit, anti-counterfeiting, high-security products like hologram labels, tamper-evident seals, tax stamps, and optical security features, brand protection, and secure document solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

P&L Management:

- Own the financial performance, revenue targets, and margin growth of the holography and security printing division, ensuring revenue, cost optimization, yield, and profitability targets are met.

Business Strategy:

- Create long-term plans to capture market share in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, banking, and government sectors.

- Lead B2B sales strategies targeting large-scale label converters, packaging manufacturers, security labeling, cosmetics, global brand owners across FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors.

Enterprise Sales:

- Lead high-value client negotiations and secure large-scale B2B or public sector tenders.

- Build and manage high-performing B2B sales and distribution networks globally or regionally.

Product Innovation:

- Supervise the shift toward advanced authentication, track-and-trace systems, micro-optics, and digital serialization.

Operations Oversight:

- Coordinate with production, quality control (QC), and R&D teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with international standards.

Supply Chain and Manufacturing Oversight:

- Optimize production workflows, vacuum metalizing, coating processes, and slitting operations to maintain high product standards.

Technical and Product Management:

- Oversee product life cycles, working alongside R&D to introduce new foil formulations compatible with high-speed rotary label presses.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 10+ years of leadership experience in security printing, holography, hot stamping foil, flexible packaging, or label industries.

- Deep knowledge of anti-counterfeit technologies, vendor management, and regulatory compliance for secure documents or brand protection.

- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, manufacturing, and R&D departments.
