Role Overview:
As the Business Head, you will own the overall commercial and operational performance of the business. This role is responsible for driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building scalable systems across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee performance of all clinics, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality
- Scale service verticals including Therapy, Vaccinations, Dental, Allied Services, and Products
- Own the end-to-end parent/customer journey across all touchpoints
- Build and strengthen scalable operational systems for a multi-location setup
- Align teams across clinic operations and business verticals to deliver outcomes.

Reporting into you:
- Business Vertical Heads across Therapy, Consultations & Vaccinations, Dental, and Allied Services
You will work closely with:
- Marketing & Growth
- Brand & Experience
- Medical & Clinical teams
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience leading multi-location or large consumer-facing operations
- Strong commercial acumen, operational rigour, and people leadership skills
- Hands-on leader who builds effective systems and teams
