Business Head - Gourmet Food - Food Processing

Job Description:

- Build the brand into India's defining restaurant-style fine food brand for the home kitchen, combining the speed and ambition of a consumer start-up with R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing capabilities.

- Own the full P&L and deliver the 150 Cr+ four-year growth ambition profitably.

- Identify and develop hero products capable of generating 10 Cr+ annual revenue.

- Build a differentiated brand and consumer proposition.

- Establish quick commerce and digital commerce as major growth engines.

- Build strong consumer awareness, trial, repeat, and loyalty.

- Create a data-driven operating model with rigorous unit economics.

- Build and lead the organisation required to scale the business.

- Develop channels including Quick commerce, Marketplaces, D2C, Premium modern trade, HoReCa, Gifting, selected institutional opportunities, and International or diaspora markets.
