Business Head - Gold Loan

Requirements:

- MBA qualified

- 15-20 years of experience in Banking or Gold Loan sector

- Strong expertise in product scaling, digital platforms, and business leadership

- Owning P&L and business growth, ensuring consistent revenue acceleration, cost optimization, and profitability

- Building and scaling sales operations across PAN India, including setting up regional teams, performance management, and sales process excellence

- Developing and executing nationwide growth strategies for digital and retail gold products, ensuring expansion into new markets and customer segments

- Managing retail gold purchase networks, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

- Driving product innovation, identifying market opportunities, and launching new offerings to strengthen market presence

- Monitoring competition, market trends, customer behavior, and using insights to refine business strategy

- Building high-performing cross-functional teams across sales, product, operations, and partnerships

- Strengthening customer experience & service delivery, ensuring high trust and retention in the gold loan and digital gold ecosystem

- Reporting directly to the CEO, presenting business updates, scale-up plans, and strategic initiatives

- Ensuring operational excellence, strong internal controls, and governance across all business verticals
