Role Overview:

As the Business Head for our Gold and Financial Retail division, you will serve as the primary architect of our regional growth strategy across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. You will lead high-performing teams across Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Vizag, Tirupati, and Warangal, ensuring seamless alignment between retail operations, credit risk management, and aggressive sales targets. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, regional heads, and investment committees to drive market penetration and enhance customer acquisition. By spearheading both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational excellence, you will directly influence the company P&L, ensuring we maintain a dominant market position while delivering superior value to our diverse client base in the gold and retail finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the full P&L lifecycle for the regional gold and retail finance business to ensure sustained profitability and revenue growth across all operational hubs.

- Formulate and execute comprehensive business strategies that expand our market share and strengthen our competitive edge in the evolving financial landscape.

- Oversee retail operations and branch performance, ensuring strict adherence to compliance, credit risk policies, and service excellence standards.

- Lead and mentor large, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional development.

- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and nurturing key client relationships to boost asset management and wealth management portfolios.
