Role Overview:

- The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end operations across production, merchandising, sourcing, quality, logistics, and compliance.

- This role calls for a strategic leader capable of driving business growth, optimizing manufacturing processes, and building robust relationships with buyers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage comprehensive operations including production, merchandising, sourcing, quality assurance, logistics, and regulatory compliance.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational targets.

- Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, P&L statements, and financial planning initiatives.

- Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Implement best practices related to production efficiency, lean manufacturing, and cost optimization.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 13+ years of progressive experience in the apparel, garment, or textile manufacturing industry.

- Proven leadership experience in managing manufacturing operations with a strong business acumen.

- Sound understanding of apparel manufacturing processes, quality standards, sourcing, and compliance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
