Description - This role leads end- to- end ownership of food delivery vertical, including strategy, P&L, operations, partnerships, and team building. The leader will architect the vision, build the business, and drive market leadership while integrating the vertical into a large-scale digital ecosystem.

Job Description:
- Define the long- term strategy, vision, and business roadmap for the food delivery vertical.
- Build and scale operations including restaurant acquisition, logistics/delivery, customer experience, and marketing.
- Own end-to-end P&L, unit economics, financial models, and operational performance.
- Forge strategic partnerships with national & regional restaurant chains, cloud kitchens, and ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to deploy required technology platforms.
- Build and lead a high- performing team across business development, operations, sales, and city leadership.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, labor laws, and consumer protection regulations.
- Represent the business internally to leadership and externally to partners and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in scaling businesses or startups preferably in e- commerce, food tech, or on- demand delivery.
- Deep understanding of Indian consumers and food delivery ecosystems.
- Strong P&L ownership, strategic planning, and analytical decision- making abilities.
- Experience leading large operational teams and navigating fast- paced, competitive environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing large fleet of delivery drivers.
- MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
- Full P&L ownership and strategic autonomy to shape a high- growth category.
- The ability to build a leadership team and create long-term impact in a rapidly evolving market.
- A high- visibility role with significant influence across a large digital ecosystem.
