Business Head - Fitness/Wellness Operations

Opening - Business Head

Location : Hyderabad

- Design and develop Company-based fitness modules for various age and fitness levels.

- Create structured class formats, progression systems, and training methodologies.

- Recruit, train, and mentor Company Fitness instructors.

- Establish standardized onboarding and skill development programs for trainers.

- Set up flagship Company fitness centers across key geographies.

- Drive end-to-end operational excellence (facility setup, equipment, staffing, etc.)

- Work closely with marketing to position Company Fitness as a premium, modern offering.

- Introduce workshops, retreats, and online programs to expand reach.

Requirements:

- 7+ years in fitness/wellness operations, preferably with multi-center experience.

- Background in scaling boutique fitness concepts or working with leading chains

- Passion for traditional wellness systems and an understanding of Indian cultural fitness practices is a big plus.

- Certification in group fitness, personal training, or martial arts (desirable).

- Familiarity with regional wellness practices or traditional arts is advantageous.
