About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive the end-to-end business of a new-age fashion & lifestyle e-commerce venture. It will be a 0 to 1 journey. The role requires P&L ownership, category expansion, digital-first growth, and brand-building for a fast-scaling consumer business. The ideal candidate brings a blend of entrepreneurial thinking and structured execution to build a scalable, profitable e-commerce model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full P&L ownership for the business across online and offline channels.

- Define growth strategy, category mix, customer acquisition, and retention models.

- Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and customer experience.

- Drive digital transformation by leveraging technology, analytics, and automation.

- Establish process-driven operations with focus on efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

- Own inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategy to maximize margins.

- Build partnerships with platforms, distributors, and ecosystem partners to accelerate growth.

- Ensure strong governance, MIS, and reporting frameworks.

- Shape brand positioning, consumer experience, and customer delight across touchpoints.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA from tier 1 institute or equivalent

- 14-18 years of experience in consumer-facing sectors (Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail, FMCG, or E-Commerce).

- Strong track record in handling large P&L in e-commerce preferably in Fashion, Footwear & Lifestyle

- Strong track record of scaling businesses, launching new categories, or driving turnarounds.

- Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Entrepreneurial orientation with high comfort in building businesses from scratch.
