About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Business Head - F&O to lead the Futures & Options business for Company. This role will own the F&O business strategy, P&L, product roadmap, growth initiatives, and customer lifecycle. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to drive business growth, improve trader engagement, and strengthen Company's position in the derivatives market.

Responsibilities:

- Own the F&O business P&L and drive key business metrics including MTUs, retention, premium turnover market share, and ARPU.

- Define and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of F&O traders.

- Partner with Product teams to build the F&O roadmap, including order types, margin products, trader tools, pricing, and analytics.

- Drive lifecycle marketing and engagement initiatives to improve trader activation, retention, and wallet share.

- Monitor business performance through dashboards, metrics, and experiment-led decision making.

- Track competition, market trends, and SEBI/exchange regulations to adapt business strategies.

- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless, compliant, and high-trust trading experience.

- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and achieve business growth targets.

Expectations / Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in the stock broking industry with strong expertise in the F&O/Derivatives business.

- Deep understanding of options, futures, margining, trader behavior, and Indian market structure.

- Experience in Product Management, Business Management, Growth, or Product Marketing within the broking or fintech ecosystem.

- Proven track record of driving business metrics such as MTUs, retention, premium turnover, ARPU, or revenue growth.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in business reporting, cohort analysis, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.

- Good understanding of the Indian broking landscape, discount brokerage models, and SEBI regulations.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.

- Active F&O trading experience will be an added advantage.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
