Business Head - EPC - Renewable Energy

We are seeking a seasoned leader with deep expertise in the Power & Renewable Energy sector to drive large-scale infrastructure development, business growth, and operational excellence. The role encompasses full P&L ownership, end-to-end EPC project lifecycle management, and scaling multi-GW renewable portfolios.

A key focus will be on execution of mega solar parks, infrastructure erection, and development of integrated project ecosystems, including labour townships, logistics infrastructure, and construction support facilities in remote and challenging geographies.

Key Achievements Expected / Preferred Background:

- Proven experience managing multi-GW power and renewable energy portfolios

- Demonstrated leadership in executing ultra-mega solar parks and infrastructure-heavy EPC projects

- Experience in large-scale site infrastructure development and construction ecosystems

- Track record of delivering projects in remote or challenging terrains (desert, seismic, coastal)

- Exposure to labour-intensive mega project execution and township management

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related field)

- 25+ years of experience in Power & Renewable Energy

- Strong background in EPC, infrastructure development, and large project execution

- Experience with leading corporates, IPPs, or infrastructure developers
