Position: Business Head- Enterprise Vertical

Location: Kolkata

About the Client:

Our client is a trusted IT solutions and services company, offering end-to-end system integration, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and managed IT services.

Role & responsibilities:

- Responsible for BU including revenue growth and business development.

- Responsible for validating all cost sheets across all branches and ensuring that negative variance of Gross Profit is not more than 5%.

- Responsible for Customer relationship management.

- Responsible for identifying and acquiring profitable new business opportunities / customers.

- Responsible for Operational excellence, technology, and team mentoring.

- Responsible for Value creation (including value-based pricing) and Continual cost improvement (such as Productivity).

- Responsible for Sales Planning and Budgeting.

- Responsible for Demand Management including in-time delivery and collection.

- Responsible for Capacity Planning, recruitment and skill mapping including people development.

- Responsible for Periodic reporting and effective communication.

- Responsible for All Compliances - Customer related, workplace, OEM/Supplier, people, Processes and systems.

- Responsible for transformation and Change Management.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Vertical.

- Age should be within 40 years.

- Location anywhere in India but have to relocate to Kolkata.

- Should have very strong customer backup in the Govt sector.

- Should have tram handling experience along with tram and self-target achievement capacity.
